Terms of Use

Last updated: Draft — not yet published

These terms govern your use of askhelia, operated by Enterstellar Softwares. By using the app or this website, you agree to them.

Not an emergency service

askhelia is not for medical emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or thinking about self-harm, call 112 or Tele-MANAS on 14416 right away.

What we do

askhelia provides mental-health self-assessment and self-help tools and connects you with independent, licensed clinicians for consultations. Clinical care is provided by those clinicians, who are responsible for their own professional advice and treatment. We facilitate access; we do not practise medicine.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account, or use the service under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and don’t share it. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Payments

Consultation fees are shown before you book and processed through our payment partner. Refunds and cancellations follow the policy shown at the time of booking.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or disrupt others’ use.
  • Don’t impersonate others or provide false information.
  • Use the service only for lawful, personal purposes.

Intellectual property

The askhelia name, app and content are owned by Enterstellar Softwares. Your own data remains yours.

Disclaimers and liability

The self-help and assessment tools are for information and support, not a diagnosis. To the extent permitted by law, we provide the service “as is” and are not liable for the clinical advice of independent clinicians. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here.
